You handle the brushing, I'll handle the chemicals. This plan is for homeowners who like staying involved with their pool but don't want to mess with buying and dosing liquid chlorine and acid. I'll swing by weekly, empty your baskets, and keep your water chemistry dialed in,  all in about 10–15 minutes. Starting at $92/month for most pools.

Whether you've been out of town, had a rough week, or things got away from you, I'll come out and perform a full cleaning — emptying your baskets, vacuuming, brushing, and getting your water chemistry back on track. $45 per visit, no commitment.

For properly maintained pools only. If your pool has algae or has been sitting unmaintained for an extended period, please request a quote.

Don't stress about it, green or yellow pools ARE fixable. Depending on how long it's been sitting, recovery usually involves filter service, heavy chlorine treatment, and sometimes a drain and refill. Reach out and send a few pictures of your pool and equipment, let me know if everything is running, and I can typically get you a quote without even coming out.

Without a functioning pump, nothing else matters. If it's leaking or making a weird noise, we can take care of it. Typical shaft seal leaks run $250. If the motor has completely burned out, you're looking at closer to $800, still more affordable than a full pump replacement.

Weekly customers get this included — we catch and flag small issues during every visit. If you're not on a weekly plan, we're happy to come out for a diagnostic. No charge unless we fix something. Small problems like a bad gasket might not seem urgent, but they can quietly affect how well your whole system runs.
